Depending on the size of your website and the goals you need to achieve will depend on how long it will take to design your website. Most websites I design take between 3-6 weeks to fully develop and launch.
The first step in to get in touch with me. Sounds wierd but this is the step that most people struggle with this step the most. If you not comfortable calling, send me an email. If you need some advice, send me an email. If you are not ready to start a project but have some future plans, please send me an email. Step 2 is to send me an email telling me a little more about yourself and your business. Show me some websites your like and we can arrange a time to meet or talk about options for you and your business. If your not comfortable with email, please call me and leave a message. I will get back to your ASAP.
I currently work Full Time for a government organisation and Freelance in my free time. By taking on contracts one at a time I can maintain a happy work life balance. In order to make PDDesign a full time business I need to invest more money in advertising and even consider purchasing a lease in a commercial property. This is not a affordable option for my business as the extra expenses will only mean higher quotes for new clients. I like keeping my business small and working on a contract basis. It also means I can focus my energy on your new website or development project.
All my past and current clients have come from Word of Mouth. Very rarely do I get any new business from my PDDesign website. This website is a great promotional tool to show off my work.
A blog is a great way to share what you love with the world. It is also a great SEO tool that can be used to attract people to your website.
I always write contracts before I commence any job. This ensures that there are no discrepencies in any work carried out. I also want the client to know what it is they are purchasing from me.
Every website is different. I can design / develop all types of websites for all types of business. Every project is different. Every quote is different.
